  • 2006 Start
    Jilin Jinguan Electric Co., Ltd. was established.
  • 2007 Grow
    1.Phase I office building and plants covering 17,200 square meters completed construction and put into use.
    2.Sheet metal flexible production line was put into operation.
    3. Passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSMS18001 management system certifications.
    4. The newly developed 12 new products passed the new product identification organized by Jilin Provincial Electric Power Company, Jilin Provincial Science and Technology Department, Jilin Provincial Department of Industry and Information.
  • 2008 Breakthrough
    1. The Company 's vacuum circuit breaker project passed the expert demonstration organized by the Municipal Party Committee and Government and the required land of 35,000 square meters was approved.
    2. All high-voltage complete equipment produced by the Company passed the audit carried out by experts of Power (Beijing) Product Certification Center Co., Ltd., making Jinguan Electric the first one in Jilin Province passing the Certification.
    3. Won the title of Grade AAA Credit Enterprise and “Contract-abiding and Trustworthy Enterprise” in Jilin Provincial Administration of Industry and Commerce in 2007-2008.
    4. Sales revenue reached CNY 100 million for the first time, marking that the Company entered into a rapid growth period.
  • 2009 Rapid development
    1. Phase II plant of the Company covering 6500 square meters completed construction and put into use.
    2. Carried out technical cooperation Elton, a British company and successfully developed VIG series solid-closure vacuum circuit breaker products.
    3. Automatic production line of solid-closure vacuum circuit breakers completed installation and commissioning. The company entered a large-scale, intensive production stage.
    4. Won the title of Top 100 SMEs in Changchun City.
  • 2010 Leapfrog development
    1. Phase III plant of 4,500 square meters completed construction and put into use.
    2. Established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Jilin Elton Electric Co., Ltd. to promote the development and sales of solid-closure vacuum circuit breaker products.
    3. Successfully established technical cooperation with the Institute of Electrical Engineering, CAS and jointly developed national smart grid products; established the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Jilin Jinuan Intelligent Electrical Switch R&D Center.
    4. VIG series solid-closure vacuum circuit breakers won the title of provincial-level key 100 new products and were widely used, marking that the product reached international level.
    5. Win the title of AAA-class taxpayer in terms of credit rating.
  • 2011 Take off
    1. Phase IV Production and Office Building covering 8,712 square meters completed construction and put into use.
    2. Successfully developed gas, solid insulated switch products, and widely used in China.
    3. RMU automatic production line with a length of 77 meters and width of 12 meters put into use, ensuring that the product accuracy and product quality reach world-class level.
    4. Passed the state-level high-tech enterprises certification.
    5. Won the title of Top 100 Private Enterprises in Jilin Province for the first time (issued by Jilin Provincial People's Government).
  • 2012 Innovation
    1. Once again w on the title of Top 100 Private Enterprises in Jilin Province for the first time (issued by Jilin Provincial People's Government).
    2. Passed the certification of Jilin Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
  • 2013 Change
    1. Phase V integrated workshop covering 9,876 square meters completed construction and put into use.
    2. On December 26, 2013, subsidiary Zhejiang Kaisheng Electric Co., Ltd. established a branch company.
    3. Won the title of Innovative Enterprise in Jilin Province.
    4. Won the tile of Grade B Model Unit for Provincial Level Production Safety Standardization.
  • 2014 Trend
    1. Phase VI R&D Center Integrated Building covering 11,716 square meters completed construction and put into use;
    2. Won the title of The Most Influential Brand In Electrical Industry in China;
    3. Won the Provincial May 1 Labor Award by all staff;
    4. Won the title of Model Unit of Provincial Employee Appeal Center
    5. Office and factory buildings covering an area of 70,000 square meters with a floor area of 60,000 square meters planned by the Company completed construction and put into use, marking that the Company entered into the scale management stage.
  • 2015 Take big strides
    1. On July 3, 2015, the Company passed the audit carried out by IPO Audit Committee, marking that the Company has taken a landmark step to the capital market.
    2. Trademark of Jilin Jinguan Electric Co., Ltd. Was recognized as a municipal well-known trademark.
    3. High and low electrical complete equipment produced by Jilin Jinuan Electric Co., Ltd. production were recognized as famouse-brand products in Jilin Province.
    4. The company's new product, RMU switchgear achieved sales of more than 30,000 units, marking that the Company has become a leading enterprise in RMU manufacturing industry in China.
    5. Developed 40.5kV intelligent rail transit GIS high-voltage electrical control equipment, and successfully won the bid of Changchun Metro Line Phase I Project.
    6. Environmentally friendly RMU metal-enclosed switchgear developed successfully and put on the market.
  • 2016 Grand prospect
    1. 40.5KV and below intelligent rail transit GIS high-voltage electrical control equipment construction project passed the expert demonstration organized by the Municipal Party Committee and Government and land acquisition of 42,417 square meters approved marking the official start of project construction.
    2. On May 6, Jinguan Electric successfully listed on the GEM, marking that the Company officially entered the capital market.
