On November 7, 2016, a delegation of leaders from municipal Development and Reform Commission and department of Industry and Information Technology and other departments led by Mayor of Changchun City visited Jinguan Electric. Vice Chairman Guo Changxing, Executive Vice President Xu Haibin and other leaders accompanied the visit and reported business performance of the Company in recent years to the research group.
