Typical wiring mode:
Dual power, dual line and dual access mode. Wiring mode of this switchgear is to introduce dual power supply from different main cables. One is main power source and the other is thermal back-up power source. Under normal circumstances, uniform loading on lines and main station and substation is realized through switch of main and backup power sources. In the case of fault, switch between main and back-up power sources can be rapidly realized by automatic switch of devices to restore distribution and substation power supply for auto fault isolation.

1. Meet two-in-one interlock requirement. Ensure to eliminate the possibility of synchronous closing of two power sources; mechanical interlock form is preferred to realize interlock.
2. Load switch of auto switch cabinet meets fast closing-opening requirement
and the switch time can be set as required (5~10s);
3. “Fault detection function”: when there is short-circuit fault at power side
(load side), the switch device can immediately shut auto switch function to
prevent switching the fault point to the backup power source circuit which may
cause deterioration;
5. Dual-power auto switch control device is provided with communication
function (RS485, Ethernet), which can upload current, voltage, switch and fault
signal. It is also provided with 12-way remote monitoring, 24-way remote
communication and 2-way remote control (optional) function.

Incoming line is designed in the form design dual circuit-breaker unit with the
breaking capacity of breaking 25KA short-circuit current. The maximum current
of main bus can reach 1250A, which can directly break the short-circuit current
of outgoing loop to eliminate override trip at high-level substation.
7. Incoming line is designed in the form design dual circuit-breaker unit
accompanied with microcomputer protection unit. The incoming line can realize
rapid power switch, thus avoiding brief power outage during switching.
8. Incoming line is designed in the form design dual circuit-breaker unit.
Reliable mechanical interlock in combination with operating mechanism can
eliminate the possibility of misoperation.
