24kV spring operated/ permanent-magnet vacuum circuit breaker is applicable to three-phase AC 50Hz rated voltage 20kV substations and industrial and mining enterprise for making, carrying and breaking current under normal circuit condition and for making, carrying and breaking current under abnormal circuit condition within a specified time.

This vacuum circuit breaker has a service life of over 30,000 times for spring operation and over 100,00 for permanent-magnet operation as a whole and is maintenance-free for a long-term. It also meets relevant technical standards including GB1984, GB/T11022 and IEC60694.

Integrated spring mechanism, gear-driven, reasonable loading. Characterized by long mechanical life, high performance reliability and little maintenance.


A new embedded terminal post is adopted with high insulation strength, anti-condensation and pollution characteristics.
 

Screw propulsion structure is adopted for the handcart. The screw can trip automatically, realizing accurate positioning.


Bistable state permanent magnetic actuator is provided, which overcomes the inherent disadvantages of traditional electromagnetic mechanism and spring mechanism, realizes perfect combination of mechanism operating characteristics and vacuum arc extinguishing characteristics, eliminating wearable stored energy and lock mechanical device in traditional mechanism, characterized by small quantity of parts, simple operating procedures, long mechanical life, high reliability and maintenance-free.
